Technical details
The COMB-40 sectional door is durable and easy to handle, making it ideal for closing all types of industrial premises or warehouses. It also saves money in installations requiring insulation.
It can be adapted to all installations, owing to the range of rails that can be fitted to the lift, taking up minimum space. Handling is very simple and effortless thanks to the compensating system of springs that keeps the door constantly balanced. This compensating system guarantees a lifespan of 15,000 cycles. The set of hinged panels are formed by two galvanised and lacquered sections joined by polyurethane, hot-injected foam, achieving an insulations factor of 0,50 w/m² K.
Safety devices
- Spring safety device: located in the axle of the compensating springs, this stops it from turning if the spring breaks
- Cable safety device: located in the base of the lower panel, this stops the door from falling if the suspension cable is broken
- Theft-proof lock: located in side of one of the panels
Sealing
- The lower panel is provided with an aluminium section with a PVC seal to stop heat from leaking through the base
- The upper panel is provided with an aluminium section with a PVC seal to stop heat from leaking through the lift
- The vertical rails are provided with a PVC seal to prevent leaks throughout the whole length of the panel
- A flexible seal is placed in the lower part of the panels to ensure a perfect fit

Colours
The external face of the panels is available in a range of six colours. The inner face is while (RAL 9002). Panels can be painted in any other RAL colour (please consult price supplement)
