Technical details
Lift tables are ideal for compensating for any differences in height. In the manufacturing process, they can be adapted to any application, resulting in increased output and reduced labour risks. Due to the wide range of dimensions available, these lift tables are ideal for all loading and unloading processes, always keeping the load horizontal.
The electro-hydraulic drive is very easy to handle. The operator can control it with minimal risks and possibilities for error with two simple push buttons, one to raise the table and one to lower it. Lift tables are composed of three parts:
- Lower base: where the hydraulic unit is located
- Scissors: these are joined together mechanically and are anchored to the lower base of the upper platform by means of a ball bearing system that enables the upper platform to be raised and lowered evenly. The elevating cylinders are located inside the scissors
- Upper platform: designed for load transit. The toe guard system is placed under the upper platform edge

Safety elements
- Toe guard: along the whole of its perimeter, the upper platform is equipped with a toe guard system which stops the downwards movement of the machine when an obstacle is detected
- Side warning stripes: visible stripes in bright colours help to reduce the risk of collision with the upper platform
- Safety valve: in case a hose from the hydraulic unit breaks, the safety valve stops the downwards movement of the upper platform
- Emergency STOP: stops the upper platform in any position
- Maintenance bar: locks the scissors, allowing the operator to perform maintenance work inside the machine
- Finish: an anti-rust coating is applied to the machine. The process includes washing, degreasing, drying, anti-rust base primer and a RAL 6005 paint finish. Please consult prices for any other type of process or RAL. All moving parts have lubricators to ease maintenance (consult instruction manual)
